Great post and something that needs to be driven home to the international community (especially the players who are promoting the proliferation of ballistic missile capabilities).

If Russia cries fowl on America for the PAA strategy, then they should have thought twice when increasing the Iranian threat (by helping to advance their ballistic missile program).

Interesting contrasting Russo-American facts for Ballistic MIssile investments:
